JC-YBS-100 Intelligent Digital Pressure Calibrator
Built-in six-digit high-precision DC digital voltmeter and ammeter, with current and voltage measurement accuracy of ±(0.01%R.D + 0.005%F.S). It uses imported low-temperature drift current sensing and voltage dividing resistors to ensure current and voltage measurement accuracy within the 0-50℃ range.
It features an RS-232 or RS-485 interface for communication with a host computer, transmitting real-time measurement data to dedicated calibration software. This allows for data recording, automatic table generation, automatic error calculation, and storage and printing of calibration data. It can calibrate pressure transmitters, analog pressure gauges, pressure switches (pressure controllers), etc.
The JC-YBS-100 intelligent digital pressure calibrator is a multi-functional instrument that can measure pressure, ±25mADC current, or ±50VDC voltage simultaneously. It also features pressure switch testing and automatic recording of pressure switch values, maximum and minimum value recording functions, and a 24V DC output that can be used as a power supply for 4-20mA two-wire transmitters. In addition to serving as a high-accuracy calibration standard, the intelligent digital pressure calibrator can also be used as a field calibration instrument, and is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, power, natural gas, metrology, and scientific research departments.
