Description

Bimetallic thermometers are field instruments used for measuring low to medium temperatures. They can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, and gaseous media in various production processes within the range of -80℃ to +500℃.

Working Principle
A bimetallic thermometer is based on a bimetallic strip wound into a circular, curved shape. When one end is heated and expands, it causes the pointer to rotate, and the instrument then displays the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.
