Description
The JC-56L series magnetic float level gauge (hereinafter referred to as the level gauge) is a float-type, field-indicating level gauge with a metal tube as its main body. This series of products offers high sealing and leak prevention, and can safely and reliably measure liquid levels under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and highly corrosive conditions. It provides continuous measurement without blind spots, with clear and intuitive display and easy reading. Equipped with a level alarm switch, it can achieve upper and lower limit alarms and automatic control of liquid level or interface. With a remote transmitter, it can convert the liquid level/interface information into a 4-20mA standard signal output, enabling remote detection, indication, control, and recording functions. This level gauge is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, environmental, food, paper-making, and other industries for measuring and controlling liquid levels in various pressurized and open storage tanks during production and storage processes.
Working principle
The level gauge's structure is based on the principle of communicating vessels, ensuring that the liquid level in the main tube is the same as the liquid level in the equipment container. A float containing a permanent magnet floats on the liquid surface in the main tube (the position of the magnet inside the float is level with the liquid surface). When the liquid level in the container changes, the liquid level in the main tube also changes accordingly, and the position of the float changes synchronously. The magnet inside the float, through magnetic coupling, drives the red and white indicator on the outside of the main tube to rotate 180 degrees. When the liquid level rises, the indicator changes from white to red; when the liquid level falls, the indicator changes from red to white. Red indicates the liquid level height; in interface level measurement, the boundary between red and white represents the interface between the two liquids.
