As the base thin oil gradually separates and precipitates, the thickener gradually saponifies and deposits, eventually becoming as hard as soap. Long-term oxidation and deterioration also accelerate the deterioration and hardening of oils and fats. Ultimately, it caused a blockage and paralyzed the entire system.
2. The common volumetric and resistive quantitative oil injectors have rubber sliding friction soft seals inside. They are not suitable for a wide range of working environment temperatures, are prone to wear and leakage, have a short service life, and inaccurate oil injection accuracy.
